    i think that users that have been active for a week or two should recieve the option to ::yell.
    this way spammers wont annoy us all, and we will still build a happy, friendly community.

    agreed but it is such a basic function.... its the only thing wrong with HV atm.

    I like your idea, but active for more than a week? I think that's a bit short. Maybe if the Mods/Admins/Owner notices a particular individual they should be rewarded with free ::yell or such.
